AS A JUNIOR (2014-15): Won consolation finals in 100-yard and 200-yard breaststroke events at PCSC Championships...Won bonus finals of 200-yard individual medley...Ninth place in 100 breast (1:04.92) was top finish for East Bay...Time was an NCAA "B" cut mark...Placed ninth in 200 breast (2:22.46)...Recorded PR in prelims of 2:22.10...Placed 17th in 200 IM (2:10.14).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2013-14): Qualified for two championship finals and one consolation final at the Pacific Collegiate Swim Conference (PCSC) Championships...Earned all-conference finishes placing seventh in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:22.53) and eighth in the 100 breast (1:05.10)...Placed 12th overall in the 200 individual medley...Holds program records in both distances of breaststroke at the end of the season...Also swam breaststroke leg of school record 400 medley relay team (3:46.93).

AS A FRESHMAN (2012-13): Qualified for two consolation finals at the Pacific Collegiate Swim Championships...Top individual finish of 13th came in the 400-yard individual medley (4:46.14)...Placed 15th in the 100 breast (1:07.89)...Swam in four individual events including the 200 breast (2:28.85) taking 18th and 200 IM placing 31st (2:16.04).

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Graduated from Moses Lake HS in 2012...A four-year letterwinner at MLHS...Helped Moses Lake to four straight state championship appearances...Also competed for Manta Ray Aquatics.

PERSONAL: Courtney Schwiesow (pronounced "swee-so")...Majoring in forensic science...Lists Nathan Adrian, Matt Grevers, and Rickie Fowler as favorite athletes...Enjoys watching "Parks and Recreation" on T.V...Chose Cal State East Bay because of its location and the weather...Born on March 22, 1994...Has one younger brother, Alek (18)..Parents are Tom and Susan Schwiesow.
