Erin Sanchez joined the Cal State East Bay Women's Swimming coaching staff in 2023.
Prior to joining the Pioneers, Sanchez served as Head Age Group/Strength Coach for Charger Aquatics Santa Fe in New Mexico. She also served on the women's basketball coaching staff and as a strength and conditioning intern at New Mexico Highlands University.
Sanchez earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree at NMHU in Human Performance and Sport.
