Biography
AS A JUNIOR (2011-12): Set school records in both the 50 and 100 backstroke...Took nearly four-tenths of a second off the 50 back record which had stood since 1984-85...Part of the team that broke the 400 medley relay record...Member of the team that took three seconds off the 200 medley relay record that had stood since the 1990s...Posted a ninth-place finish in the 200 back at the PCSC meet...Helped the team to a fifth-place showing at PCSC Championships, the best finish in program history...Helped East Bay collect a CSCAA Team Scholar Award.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Voted Most Inspirational Swimmer of the Year by her teammates…Placed 10th in the 100 breast, 12th in 200 breast and 16th in the 200 IM at the PCSC Championships.
AS A FRESHMAN (2009-10): Won the 200 IM in a dual meet victory over Mills College…Took the 100 back against Fresno Pacific…Posted runner-up finishes in the 50 and 100 back at the Bay Area Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Four year letterwinner at Battle Ground High School…Helped guide the Tigers to four straight district championship appearances…Led Battle Ground to the Washington state championship meet each of her four years…Took home first-team all-league honors each year…Collected four straight 100 back titles…Swam five seasons for Vancouver Tornadoes Swim Team…Joined Columbia River Swim Team in 2006…Helped CRST to three straight Washington Short Course team titles and the state long course championship in 2007 and 2008…Swam with CRST at short and long course sections between 2006-08.
