AS A JUNIOR (2009): Pioneers top finisher in the CCAA Championships, Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (6th), Cal State Monterey Bay Invitational (12th), and the Desert Twilight Festival (17th).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2008): Placed 145th at the NAIA Championships...Finished fourth in helping the Pioneers capture their sixth consecutive Cal Pac Conference Championship...Posted a season-best time of 19:19.0 as a sophomore.
SACRAMENTO CITY COLLEGE: Competed in cross country and track and field...Qualified for the state finals in the 10,000 meters...Placed 7th in the 10K and 8th in the 5K at the Nor Cal Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Competed three years in track and four in cross country at Willow Glen High School...Served one year as team captain for the cross country team.
