AS A SOPHOMORE IN CROSS COUNTRY (2019): All-American ... CSUEB Athlete of the Year ... All-West Region ... All-CCAA ... CCAA Runner of the Week (10/1) ... Four-time CSUEB Athlete of the Week (9/30, 10/29, 11/13, 11/26) ... Finished 30th overall at the NCAA Championships with a program-record 6K time of 20:53.9 (11/23) ... Placed 10th overall and first among Pioneers at the NCAA West Regional with a time of 21:03.6 (11/9) ... Finished second overall and first among Pioneers at the CCAA Championships with a time of 22:06.46 (10/26) ... Set what was then a program-record for a 6K with a time of 21:16.8 at the Capital Cross Challenge (9/28) ... Finished eighth among all collegiate runners with a time of 17:53.5 at the Missouri Southern Stampede 5K, which was 14th-best in program history for a 5K (9/21). 

AS A FRESHMAN IN CROSS COUNTRY (2018): Placed 7th at the Kim Duyst Invite in a 6K time of 21:54... Finished 3rd at the SF State Invite in a time of 22:18... Ran the 2nd fastest 6K time in school history, 21:38 to take 10th at the Capital Cross Challenge... Placed 4th at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite with a time of 21:52... Placed 28th at the CCAA Championships in a time of 22:55... Placed 76th at the NCAA D2 West Region Championships in a time of 22:46.

CROSS COUNTRY (2017): Utilized a red-shirt

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Graduated from South High School in 2017...Ran track for three years and cross country for two years...Member of the Geology Club. 

PERSONAL: Majoring in Environmental Studies...Interests include painting, reading and decorating...Born on May 15, 1999...Parents are Reina and David Ronquillo...Has two siblings: Angel and David...Chose Cal State East Bay because "Tony Nicolosi knows what he’s doing. I want to be apart of a team that was nothing, and make it something. Im going to help put this team on the MAP."
