AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2011): Led the team with a 2.95 ERA in 20 starts and 26 appearances in the circle in her first season of competition…Posted a 10-9 record with seven complete games…Struck out a team-leading 92 in 114 innings of work…Held opponents to a .206 batting average to rank third in the CCAA…Helped East Bay set a new team record for strikeouts in a season…Took a no-hitter into the ninth inning in an eventual loss to Sonoma State to start the CCAA campaign…Struck out a season-high eight batters three times…Tossed a nine-inning complete game, two-hitter against No. 10 UC San Diego...Struck out seven and allowed just one earned run on four hits in a win over Chico State.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010): Sat out the 2010 season as a redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A four-year letterwinner at Mountain View High School…Served as captain for one season…Helped MVHS to three district championships and an undefeated season in 2009…Guided Mountain View to a second-place finish at the Washington State 4A Tournament in 2007…Collected all-league honors as a pitcher and earned an all-state selection as a utility player…Played five seasons of club ball with Vancouver Posse…Also played three seasons for Washington Bulldogs Gold…Participated in choir, drama, jazz choir and Art Club at Mountain View.

PERSONAL: Majoring in biology…Enjoys painting, reading and hiking in her spare time…Models her game after former Team USA pitcher Lisa Fernandez…Has too many favorite movies to count…Enjoys listening to a little bit of everything…Chose Cal State East Bay because she was looking for a new experience and some independence…Lists seafood as her favorite…Has one brother, Sam…Born Sept. 23, 1990…Parents are David Miller Lowe and Therese Lowe.
