AS A SENIOR (2025): Competed in eight meets ... At the CCAA Track & Field Championships: Set a personal best mark in the javelin throw of 50.36 meters; Placed fifth in the decathlon, setting several personal records, including 100 meters (11.75 seconds), 110-meter hurdles (16.56 seconds), 400 meters (51.32 seconds), 1,500 meters (4:55.17), discus (33.00 meters), pole vault (3.10 meters cleared) and high jump (1.79 meters cleared) ... Set a personal best long jump mark of 6.05 meters at the Johnny Mathis Invitational ... Was on second place 4x400 meter relay team at Chico Invitational ... CCAA Spring Academic Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR (2024): Competed in nine meets ... Placed seventh in the CCAA Track & Field Championships for the decathlon with second place marks in the high jump and 1,500 meters; seven of 10 events in decathlon met personal bests ... Placed second in the Javelin Throw in the Chuck Buettner Twilight (41.60 meters) ... Was on first place 4x400 meter relay team at the Chuck Buettner Twilight on April 13.

BEFORE CAL STATE EAST BAY (College of San Mateo): Competed in the decathlon in the 2023 CCCAA State Championships. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Terra Nova High School in 2019.
