At the Cardinal Classic on March 18, finished second in the 5,000 meters in 14:53.44, which also became the seventh fastest time in program history through 2023 for the event ... Placed second in the West Coast Twilight on March 3 in the 3,000 meters setting a personal best time of 8:28.61 ... Finished third in the 800 meters at the Chabot Opener, setting a personal best time of 1:57.17 ... CCAA Spring Academic Honor Roll ... CCAA All-Academic Award ... D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2022): Ran a career-best 3:57.93 in the 1500 meter final, which was 10th all-time in program history (CCAA Championships - May 5-7) … At the CCAA Championships, ran a career best 15:32.50 in the 5000 meters … Ran the 10,000 meters in 33:10.62 (East Bay Invite - April 8-9) ... D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award … CCAA All-Academic Team. 

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2020 graduate of Pleasant Grove HS in Elk Grove ... A four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country and track ... A three-time All-League cross country selection for the Eagles ... Qualified for the CIF State Championship as a senior in 2019 ... Named cross country Team MVP all four years ... A three-time school record holder in track and field.
