HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A four-year letterwinner at Esperanza High School...Served as captain for three seasons...Captured the Sunset League championship with the Aztecs...Earned first-team All-Sunset League honors as a junior and a senior...Also earned four letters as an outfielder on the Esperanza baseball team.
