Javan Jean-Noel is a doctoral student at John F. Kennedy University currently working as a sport psychology consultant intern with the Cal State East Bay athletic department. He works with student-athletes to help develop their mental skills (such as focus and concentration, motivation, imagery, relaxation, and energy management) to help them reach their peak performance. Javan also works with student-athletes help manage any life or clinical issues that may arise.
