AS A JUNIOR (Track) (2018): First season competing for the CSUEB soccer team appearing in five track meets...Began the season with the 3rd place finish in the 100m at the East Bay/Holy Names Dual Meet with a time of 14.04...Logged a 26th place finish at the Kim Duyst Invitational in the 100m in a time of 14.67...Helped the 4x100m relay team place 8th at the SF State Distance Carnival with a time of 57.35...Notched a 4th place finish in the 4x100m event at the East Bay Invitational with a time of 52.47...Helped the 4x100m relay team set a seasonal best time of 49.22 good for 7th at the CCAA Championships 

AS A JUNIOR (Soccer) (2017): Appeared in four games logging 103 total minutes...Played a career best 45 minutes in a 4-1 win over US Santa Cruz 

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Attended Feather River College and played one season of soccer...League Champions in 2016 and also made it to the Elite 8. 

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Graduated from Patterson High School in 2015...Played two seasons of varsity soccer...Two-Time League Champions (2014-2015)...League MVP, Team MVP, Team Captain and All-League First Team in 2015...Member of the East Valley Earthquakes club soccer team. 

PERSONAL: Majoring in Kinesiology...Hobbies include fishing, the outdoors and playing and watching soccer...Favorite athletes are Sergio Ramos and Nemannja Vidic...Enjoys eating Pupusas...Loves watching Who's Your Caddy and How I Met Your Mother...Favorite musical artists are Rebelution, CNCO, The Lumineers and Mumford & Sons...Born on August 15, 1997...Parents are Luis and Rosa Torres...Has three siblings: Luis (25), Samuel (15) and Alyssa (10)...Chose Cal State East Bay because "East Bay is a great program academically as well as in sports. To be able to play at the next level so close to home is something to take advantage of."
