AS A FRESHMAN (2009): Played in every game as a rookie...Started 16 games and played nearly every minute for the Pioneers...Finished tied for second on the team with two goals...His four points were fourth on the squad...Tied for second with 16 shots...Put eight shots on goal.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A three-year starter at Fairview High School in Boulder...Guided the Knights to the state quarterfinals as a senior...Played club soccer with Boulder County Force, serving as captain for two seasons...Helped the Force go undefeated and claim the Elite Division II in 2008, its second straight division championship...Reached back-to-back State Cup quarterfinals in 2007 and 2008 with the Force...Led the Force in scoring and assists in 2007...Traveled to Finland for the Helsinki Cup in 2007...Was an Olympic Development Program pool selection...Was a three-time Honor Roll member and volunteer with the Community Cares Program at Fairview.
