HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A 2014 graduate of Oakland Technial High School.. Competed in cross country for two years and track for four years... Helped lead the team to League Championships in cross country his junior and senior years... Won back-to-back individual Oakland Athletic League (OAL) Championships in 2012 and 2013... Claimed the OAL Track & Field Championship in the 1600 meters in 2013 and 2014, as well as the 800 meter championship in 2013... Also invloved in the Peer Mentorship program.
