Last year we committed to being #AllIn as Pioneers. Thanks to you, we were able to grow our team and establish the foundation we needed to #BuildTheBrand of Pioneers athletics.

#BuildTheBrand means focusing on four key areas:

1. Championship Student-Athlete Experience: Pioneers Athletics will provide a superior student-athlete experience by resourcing our programs to put student-athletes in the best position to compete at a high level.
2. Consistently Contending Programs: Pioneers Athletics will strive for a consistent nationally ranked presence and be in a position to compete for championships every year.
3. Graduate Student-Athletes: Our goal is to put our student-athletes in a position to be successful long after the completion of their collegiate athletic career.
4. High-Impact Performance Development: By engaging in high-level competition, Cal State East Bay student-athletes will develop leadership skills that will give them a winning edge in life after college.

Building the Pioneers brand doesn't happen overnight. It started with your All In commitment, now it's time to take it to the next level. On Giving Tuesday, we need you to help us do the work. Doing the work means showing up every day to elevate our Pioneers both on the field and in the classroom, getting them ready to make an impact in life.
