Friday Events: Friday will consist only of Hammer, Javelin, and 10,000.
Throws: Check in and warm ups will begin at 12:00 pm on Friday, April 10th. Weigh in will begin at 7:45am-11:15am Saturday, April 11th. All implements will be taken to the site of the competition 45 minutes before the start of the event. Implements that do not make weight will be held until the conclusion of the meet.
All throwing events will be set at 4 attempts and no finals.
Shot Put ring is located on stadium infield. Discus, Hammer, and Javelin contested on the fields north of the stadium. There will be a grass runway for javelin.

Jumps: Contested West to East on the South end of the Track Complex. Long Jump and Triple jump will be 4 attempts and no finals.
PV: Men starting height 3.46m, progression will be 15cm until 4.36m and 10cm after.
Women’s starting height will be 2.37m, and progression will be 15cm.
Entry Fee: $20.00 per athlete, capped at $250.00 per gender per team ($500.00 for men and women maximum).
Unattached / Individual entries - $20.00 per athlete.
Entry Procedure: Entries are due via Direct Athletics by Tuesday April 7th at 7:00 PM to allow for seeding. Heat sheets will be made available by Thursday April 9th.
There will be no refunds for scratched athletes. Collegiate teams may pay at the meet. Checks should be made payable to: CSUEB or California State University East Bay. Unattached / Individual entries must pay online on direct athletics in order for your entries to be submitted.
Parking: Lots A, E, F, and G. Parking passes are $2 and parking is enforced 7 days a week. Busses should drop off athletes in front of track by using service road off of Depot Road.
Payment: Accepted at entry gate.
Warm Up/Team Camps: The warm up area will be located on the grass soccer fields on the south west side of the track complex. Team camps are to be set up in the bleachers on either side of the track.
Admission for spectators: $5.00
Concessions: Will be located on the south east side of the track complex.
Athlete Check in: Report to clerk 30 minutes prior to race time. Athletes not checked in at this time will be scratched from the race. Check-in location: check in will be located on the warm-up practice fields on the south end of the stadium. Check-in for field events will occur at the event site 30 minutes prior to start.
