Homecoming

Homecoming 2017 is a week of events, contests, and games celebrating more than five decades of learning, life and Pioneer Pride in Hayward. The week long event, which will culminate with a basketball doubleheader against SF State, also includes spirit contests, a Homecoming parade and party, pre-game tailgates, alumni social, baseball and softball games, and other events to bring together the campus and local community in celebration of the university and all of its Pioneers throughout the years. Tuesday, Feb. 7
	Homecoming Kickoff • 12 p.m. Where: Agora Stage The week of fun and games will open with the Homecoming Kickoff where students can participate in games, win prizes and enjoy some music. CSUEB Softball Doubleheader vs. Dominican • 12 p.m. Where: Pioneer Softball Field Office & Door Decorating Contest • All Day. Cast your vote by liking your favorite photos on the Door & Office Decorating Contest Facebook page to help determine the winners of the contest. Click Here Pioneer Garage Sale • 5 - 5:50 p.m. Where: University Theater Lobby Get your vintage Pioneer gear here! Purchase a variety of gently used Pioneer uniforms, warm-ups, and bags from the Athletics Department. Most items are $5 cash, and proceeds benefit the Athletics Department. Showtime at the Apollo • 6 p.m. Where: University Theater Showtime at the Apollo will feature performances by Cal State East Bay students.

	Pioneer Pride Pep Rally • 11:45 a.m. Where: Bookstore Lawn Pioneer Fashion Show • 12:15 p.m. Where: Bookstore Lawn Pioneer Roundup • 10 p.m. Where: Lassen Hall Attention Pioneers: Time to ROUND UP! Are you prepared to show-off your Pioneer Pride at Homecoming? Join us to make your very own Pioneer Pride t-shirt, signs, and much more! Supplies will also be available for parade float decorating.
Friday, February 10
	Campus Community Service Project • 9 a.m. CSUEB Baseball vs. Central Washington • 11 a.m. Where: Pioneer Baseball Field Homecoming Parade • 3 p.m. Where: Begins at Pioneer Heights Lot C1; Ends on West Loop in front of Pioneer Gym. Come watch as campus organizations show off their decorating skills and parade their way to Pioneer Gym ahead of the night's basketball games. Pre-Game Tailgate hosted by Associated Students Inc • 4:30 p.m. Where: Pioneer Gym Courtyard/Lawn Join us for opportunities to mix and mingle with alumni and students, music, and a delicious assortment of your favorite tailgating food.
