Pioneers Defeat Chaminade 1-0 on Saturday

HONOLULU - A tremendous response from the Cal State East Bay women's soccer team took place on Saturday after a non-conference loss on Thursday. The Pioneers shut out Chaminade, 1-0 from Saint Louis Field. Jordan Smith picked up her second shutout of 2022 and Abigail Kern netted her second goal of the season.

  • After a crowd in front of the net in the 16th minute, Kern put home an unassisted goal to put the Pioneers up 1-0. It was Kern's second goal of the season.
