STOCKTON, Calif. — The No. RV Cal State East Bay water polo team fell short in a hard-fough road contest against No. 15-ranked University of Pacific, 15-8, on Saturday afternoon at Chris Kjeldsen Pool.

Junior Adrien Van Dyke recorded a hat trick with three goals, while junior Payton Bosque and freshman Luna Sarmiento scored two goals apiece. Sophomore goalkeeper Daniela Passoni finished with 10 saves in the net.
