The most recent meeting on March 27 in Hayward included a 13-save performance in goal from Nation.
Simonne Call led the offense with two 6-on-5 goals, and
Sabrina Hatzer converted a fourth quarter power play making the Pioneers a perfect 3-for-3 in the win.
Last season Bakersfield escaped with a 7-6 win over Cal State East Bay at the Aggie Shootout in Davis. A 6-on-5 conversion with 14 seconds from then freshman Kristen Jensen, who scored six of the Roadrunners seven goals, was the game-winner. After ranking second on the team with 52 goals last season she leads this year's squad with 42 scores through 25 games.
