Ashia Joseph was at the center of a 2-0 week for Pioneer Volleyball, the team's first since CCAA play began. The junior setter captained East Bay to a 3-1 win at Humboldt State on Halloween -- their first road victory of 2013 -- followed by a three-set sweep at Cal Poly Pomona on Friday. Joseph racked up 77 assists in seven sets overall, good for an 11.00 average. She also hit .367 with seven kills and totaled 18 digs. Joseph ranks sixth in the CCAA with a 9.75 assist average in conference play this year.
