Allison Zell had a big weekend at the WWPA Championships in Santa Clara, scoring in all three games to help the Pioneers capture seventh place. The junior driver ran the point for East Bay, notching a goal in Friday's loss to No. 11 LMU, two goals in Saturday's loss to Cal State Monterey Bay, and a goal in Sunday's win over Cal State San Bernardino. Zell was named second-team All-Tournament by the WWPA for her efforts. She finished 2013 as the Pioneers' third-leading scorer with 35 goals.
