Zac Chuvala led Pioneer baseball with six hits in the series versus Cal State Monterey Bay last weekend. The junior shortstop batted .429 with a .643 slugging percentage. He had a hit in all four games of the series, went 4-for-7 with a double and a triple in the home doubleheader on Saturday, and led the Pioneers with nine total bases on the weekend. The Colorado native has played in all 11 games this season and is tied for the team lead with a .342 batting average and 13 hits.
