Smith was the Pioneers' go-to scorer this past weekend, and his long distance shooting helped the team to a 1-1 record. Smith scored 15 points in Friday's win over Humboldt State and averaged 13.5 ppg for the weekend. The senior knocked down 8-of-16 three pointers (50 percent) and grabbed 11 total rebounds, second on the team. Smith leads the Pioneers with 26 made triples this season and has really heated up lately, scoring in double figures in five of his last seven games.
