Emily Perlich pitched her 10th complete game of the season on Sunday in leading the Cal State East Bay softball team to a 2-1 win over Dominican in the first game of their doubleheader. The junior allowed five singles and struck out three over seven innings to earn the victory. Perlich has a 2.17 ERA over her last nine starts, and she currently ranks sixth in the CCAA with 59 strikeouts on the season. The Pioneers have now won three straight, and with Sunday's doubleheader sweep, they improved their non-conference record to 5-3.
