Maria Dinesen led the Pioneers to their second conference win of the season, a 67-46 triumph over Sonoma State on the road on Jan. 29. Dinesen's 21 points were a career high, while her five rebounds matched a season high as well. The Holbaek, Denmark native went 7-for-12 from the field, hitting five three-pointers to set a new individual high for the Pioneers this season. The freshman guard also helped East Bay to season highs in points, three-pointers made and field goals. Dinesen finished the week shooting 47.4 percent from the field and 50 percent from long range while adding five assists and four steals.
