Johnson, who competed for the women’s soccer team from 1985-89, is the all-time CSUH goal scorer with 55, assist leader with 31, and overall scorer with 141 points. Prior to the 1999 women’s soccer season, Johnson held the school record for most goals in a season with 17. She competed on four Nor Cal Athletic Conference championship teams, including the 1988 NCAA Division II Nationals Championship squad. Among the individual honors, Johnson was a two-time All American in 1985 and 1988 and twice named Nor Cal Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 1987 and 1989. Johnson also earned First Team NCAA Division II All-West Region honors three times and 1st team All-Nor Cal Athletic Conference recognition four times.
