AS A JUNIOR IN CROSS COUNTRY (2014): Ran an 18:11 at the Cal State East Bay-Holy Names Dual Meet at Garin Park in Hayward...ran an 28:43 at the Acamedy of Art-San Francisco State Tri-Meet 7.25k at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco..  

AS A SOPHOMORE IN TRACK & FIELD (2014): Competed in four meets... Ran a personal-best 800 meter time of 2:06.43 at the CSUEB/Chabot Legacy Meet... Ran the 5,000 meters in 18:03.69 at Chico State... Ran the 1,600 meters in 4:47.73 at Cal State Stanislaus.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN CROSS COUNTRY (2013): Ran in five meets for the Pioneers... Placed 53rd individually at the CCAA Championships, finishing in 31:34.7... Ran a season-best 8k time of 30:20.9 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational.

AS A FRESHMAN IN TRACK & FIELD (2013): Competed in eight meets for the Pioneers... Ran the 800 meters in 2:11.97 in the prelims of the CCAA Championships... Posted a season-best 800 meters time of 2:08.9 at the Hornet Invitational... Ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the CCAA Championships, helping the team take sixth place and claim three points with a time of 3:34.0.

AS A FRESHMAN IN CROSS COUNTRY (2012): Placed 17th at the Cal State Stanislaus Invitational in a 5K time of 17:02.90…Ran an 8K  time of 30:49.00 to finish 97th at the USF Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A 2012 graduate of South Mountain High School... Competed in cross country, track, and soccer.
